Where does the money go?

HugDug gives half its profit to charity. We earn revenue from our affiliate relationship with Amazon—the products we review cost exactly the same amount as they do ordinarily—and Amazon pays us a commission.

Every month, we calculate our earnings after direct expenses (servers, engineers, etc.) and allocate half of the profit to the charities you choose, based on how many sales each of our reviews get.

It's that simple.

Singing with an umbrella

I’m not reviewing my own book here, I’m reviewing what the book means and what it says and what that has to do with Gene Kelly and the best movie musical ever.

During the title scene of the movie in question, Gene dances a tour de force. What you’ll notice, though, is that the entire time he’s dancing in the rain, he has an umbrella in his hand. They don’t call it Singing With An Umbrella, though. The rain is the entire point.

I hope you’ll listen to my new interview with Debbie Millman. I hope you’ll dance a little bit more. And maybe this interview and this book will inspire you and your team.
